The Friends of Brookline High School Hockey host their annual golf tournament Friday, Oct. 2, starting at 8 a.m. to raise money for the Brookline High School boys' and girls' ice hockey teams.
Registration closes Wednesday, Sept. 23.
The tournament is the booster group's primary fundraiser, according to the event's registration page. Proceeds fund coaching, ice time, off-ice training, film sessions, team-building activities, equipment and gear for both programs.
The BHS Warriors Boys Hockey program announced the event on X on Sept. 19, inviting players, coaches, alumni and families to play in the morning or join for lunch in the afternoon.
Supporters who cannot play can become a sponsor or donate to the raffle. The registration page lists acceptable donations including Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins tickets, museum passes, gift certificates and golf foursomes.
Registration is available at the tournament's Birdease page linked above. The Sept. 23 deadline applies to all golfers.
