Brookline housing plan finds pipeline nearly fills 2,400-unit goal
A build-out analysis presented to the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee shows existing pipeline projects could deliver most of the town's 2,400-unit housing target, with the opportunity map providing capacity for the remainder. The committee's Monday, Oct. 5 meeting was cancelled after it unanimously adopted five plan sections on Sept. 28.

MassDOT and the Town of Brookline will host a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, Oct. 20, to present plans for reconstructing the Davis Path Footbridge over the MBTA Green Line D-Branch, a project that would add elevator and ramp access and reconnect the two halves of Brookline Village.
