Brookline housing plan finds pipeline nearly fills 2,400-unit goal
A build-out analysis presented to the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee shows existing pipeline projects could deliver most of the town's 2,400-unit housing target, with the opportunity map providing capacity for the remainder. The committee's Monday, Oct. 5 meeting was cancelled after it unanimously adopted five plan sections on Sept. 28.
